I took two road bikes and my kiddo's mountain bike (not Trek brand) in for service and new parts. The folks at Trek were kind, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They took time to hear my concerns, explain, and provide us with options. I would give them more stars if possible. Thank you Trek!
Had a great experience working with Zach at the Issaquah trek shop. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and dropped everything to help me fix my brakes while I was there. Will be returning! :-)
What started out as a misunderstanding, Zach and Nicci more than made up for. In fact, I was floored by their customer service. They took the time to custom fit a bike for me, installed the accessories I wanted, taught me some basic bike maintenance and then some. They made it their mission to have me leave smiling and I could feel the enjoyment and sincerity they took in it. I definitely left that shop smiling and will always be a loyal customer. Thank you SO much!

We brought the bike in for repair on Sunday and was able to have it back a few hours later. That was awesome.
