Smart Roofing just finished a new clay tile roof on our 1928 brick bungalow in Chicago. Our roof is so beautiful we are the talk of the neighborhood. People stop in thier cars to comment on how nice it looks. Their attention to detail and professionalism are to be commended. They rebuilt our eves and put on new gutters also. I would highly recommend them in fact they are putting a new roof on my brothers house this week.
Great company to work with. My fiancée and I used Smart Roofing during our home inspection a couple months ago. The house we purchased has a concrete tile roof and we wanted to be confident there were no pre-existing concerns.nnMike from Smart Roofing stopped by in under a day’s notice and completed the inspection. Along the way, he provided valuable insight on the roof and what we should expect as new homeowners with a tile roof.nnJust this past week I contacted Mike to follow up on his recommendations during the inspection. Once again, Mike came by and did a assessment of the roof. And again, he provided great insight and professional service. I got an update about the inspection the next day.nnI know I will continue to work with Smart Roofing and Mike specifically. Very highly recommend!
We had just purchased our house and not a month into ownership, shingles came off our roof. Worried, we were referred to Smart Roofing by our inspector, and they promptly came to give advice on our all our options without pressure. Once insurance provided an estimate of coverage, the wheels were in motion, and our roof was repaired in relatively no time. Everyone we spoke with was respectful and thorough, addressing any concerns we had. The roof looks wonderful and our experience was positive. I'd recommend them to friends and family in the area.
