We just had a re-roof using Top Property Team, and I can’t tell you enough how pleased we were with the job and company!! Paul gave us our estimate in February, with absolutely no pressure. The roofer crews were punctual, and often worked later than expected depending where they were on the job. The permitting and inspection process were coordinated quickly, and anytime I wanted to speak to Paul, he responded quickly. Great personality and work ethic!! In fact, all I can say is if you need a re-roof or any related roof issue, feel comfortable calling Top Property Services Inc!
I decided to make the move and replace our roof. After getting several estimates, I was impressed with Top Property Services. Paul scheduled the appointment and the crew arrived exactly on time. The estimate was clear and to the point. There was no doubt on what I should expect. Then the surprise, No money due until the job was done right. In the end, I got a new roof, professionally installed, at a fair price, and left feeling as though I made the right choice. Never a doubt. Top Property Services was NOT the cheapest estimate. This is a great company and a pleasure to work with. They were quick to provide an estimate for my gutter replacement. While another company gave me a price to replace all of my gutters and excluded the fascia replacement work that was clearly needed in the front, Top Property Services Inc pointed out that my back gutters are in good shape and do not need to be replaced. They gave me a great price to replace the front gutters and fascia boards. They did an excellent job, finished it on schedule and cleaned the area meticulously. I highly recommend.
I had Paul come out to inspect my roof after having it cleaned. Paul and the team were able to locate matching roof tiles, color match the existing mortar, and re-mediate all the substandard work. The team was punctual, polite, and meticulous in their work. It looks like I have a new roof. I highly recommend Paul and Top Property Services Inc.
I want to thank Top Property Services Inc for doing such an amazing job installing a brand new Gutter system onto my house. The employee that came out to my house to give me a quote was very knowledgeable, courteous, and patient(i had mass save at the house as well). I was given the step by step process and told that due to my roofs edges, i would need wedges placed along the house in order to correctly install the gutters. The company came out within the week, did the work in a day, and left no trash behind. The work looks phenomenal and my flower beds will be happy they aren't being drowned by rain fall anymore!
