I wish I could leave more than 5 stars! I had multiple cancelled flights and ended up having to stay overnight in Chicago. This hotel had an amazing rate compared to others in the area and the shuttle is 24 hour on demand which was extremely helpful as my flight was at 5 a.m. and other hotels don't even have a shuttle until 6 a.m. the shuttle driver was so nice too! After dropping off a customer at a neighboring hotel, he even got out and helped him brush off his car that was covered after a big storm. Everyone at the desk was super helpful and nice at night and in the morning. The morning person was so chipper and helped me wake right up! Breakfast isn't until 6 so I thought I would miss it, but they had coffee, water and muffins/granola bars, etc. ready to take which was super helpful! The room itself was extremely clean and had name-brand toiletries and a sign saying if you need anything else, just ask and they will give it to you free of charge. There were extra clean measures in place for covid too which made me feel very comfortable. Amazing, I want to come back to Chicago just to stay here!
Very lovely staff. Easy use.of the shuttle to get to and from the airport. You do have to make reservations for 45 minutes of pool time. I suggest doing this when you check in.
All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Close proximity to air port and shuttle was available when we needed it.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Staff was friendly and courteous, very very helpful with us being out of town. Hotel was clean, hand sanitizing stations. The bed was amazing. Shower pressure was equally amazing. Great amenities, and PLUGS! Lots and lots of plugs which is super rare in a lot of hotels. I'm usually having to unplug stuff. Only thing I wasn't too thrilled about was breakfast, but I get they are doing their best and still trying to be accommodating given everything going on right now. Will most definitely stay again if we ever return!
This is the perfect hotel for staying the night before a early morning flight from O'hare. Even their parking rate for leaving the car there is so darn reasonable u would be a fool to not take advantage and stay here compared to other parking area lots.nThe entire complex is very clean and much quieter than I expected. Even the shuttle to the airport is a quick 10 min ride.
