Been here over 10 times, never had an issue. They’re very accommodating and from the outside it might look dingy but it’s actually very clean on the inside. They also have a bar and Grill area that’s modern and looks great. It’s in a good location and overall feels comfortable. This would be a great location for tourists coming to Chicago for the first time. I was born and raised here but knowing Chicago, I know that this would be a great location.
WOW, great customer service at the front desk and the rooms are quiet, clean and comfortable. The room service is awesome. Really the best tasting pizza in the ever.
Hotel Experience (3 Stars) is more of a motel vibe but the Bar and Grill(3-4 Stars) gives a lounge feel. The placement of the hotel isn't ideal. Had some gratuity issues. One waitess said gratuity was based off of party size the other said after a certain time gratuity startsud83eudd14(confused).
Great location. Clean and quite. Shuttle runs on-time. Great price for nights rest and parking until you get back from trip
Janky motel vibes. Could tell it wasn't cleaned thoroughly by the makeup left on the bathroom light switch. People in the lobby weren't wearing masks and the employees didn't say anything. One of the staff was nice enough to let me use some of the cleaning supplies to sanitize my room since I didn't trust the job they had done.
