I’m leaving one star because I can’t leave 0 stars.nnA family member called to inquire about booking the pool for her son’s birthday party. She was told due to COVID she couldn’t reserve the pool but she could book a room and have the party in the room and then swim. She arrived at 3 for checkin and was told the room wasn’t cleaned, she would have to wait. Finally at 3:45 she was able to get into the room. We did cake and ice cream and let the kiddo open presents. We went down to the pool around 5 pm.nnLiterally after only 5 minutes a hotel worker came in and demanded we leave because the pool was booked already. Are you serious?? Then another lady came in demanding we all leave the pool. NOTHING was said about having to book the pool separately!!nnI wouldn’t recommend staying here at all.

A family member called to reserve the pool for a party and was told you cant reserve the pool but you can get a room and use the pool. They went to check in at 3:00 check in time had to wait almost 45 minutes for the room to be cleaned. Then did cake and gifts went to the pool at 5:00 and by 5:05 was told to get out of the pool it was reserved for a private group. Thanks holiday inn for ruining a kids 5th birthday.

The hotel has been extremely accommodating and it is absolutely spotless everything has been sparkling. The hot tub and pool facilities were very clean and inviting and felt absolutely amazing! The staff was very hospitable.

I called a week ahead to reserve the pool for my son’s 5th birthday party. They told me because of Covid, we couldn’t reserve it for a party but I could buy a room so we could swim. I paid $150 for a room and then we went into the pool to swim. The staff was very rude and came in and said we had to leave. I then told her we had only been in the pool for 10 minutes and she said “you have had 2 hours, that’s not my fault.”nnApparently, you had to “reserve pool time at check in.” Which we were NOT TOLD. The refund process was a joke. I waited an hour and a half for a paper to show my refund and we left. It was the wrong ladies name and card number. So we went back and they couldn’t even print me anything out that said I was getting a refund.nnAnd of course my refund will take 7-10 business days. ud83dude44nnWe will not be back and my son’s birthday was ruined. They kept apologizing for the “miscommunication” but I literally called and asked specifically about the pool and nobody said anything about reserving the pool. The staff must have “forgot” to tell me.

You seats in your car are probably more comfortable than the beds. Your heater in your car probably works and smells better too. Plus you dont have to pay 100 dollars to sleep in your car and definitely dont have to worry about a faulty smoke alarm going off in the middle of the night in your car.
