It was nice. However, the noise was crazy next door and I should have complained but didn't. I was extremely tired and I didn't want to make a fuss. Upon checkout, the clerk was very sympathetic about everything when I explained what happened and she said she would do everything in her power to make me happy to ensure another visit. I told her no worries but it was awesome to see the actual care and concern. I left happy anyways because I'm à happy person.nAlmost an hour after leaving, an unfamiliar number called and it was the attendant from the hotel, telling me that I had dropped my beanie. Do you know how many times I've left chargers, food, and jewelry in my room? I've not gotten one call from anyone!!!It's just gone!!!!!!!!!ud83dude02ud83eudd23ud83dude02ud83eudd23ud83dude02ud83eudd23ud83dude02 But they went over and beyond. Told her not you worry about it and I'd be back soon, so she's holding it upon my next arrival. ud83eudd17 Over and beyond is all I can say... Over and beyond.☺ufe0f

I have stayed at a lot of different hotels in a lot of different towns this one was different! The most friendly staff I have ever come across. Sylvia and Dave were amazing very friendly and willing to go extra mile to help with our stay durning this crazy pandemic

I stayed at this hotel on 8/28/20 and loved my room! The bed was incredibly comfortable - I almost wanted to stay another day just to hang out in it!nnThe staff was very helpful and courteous. They went out of their way to take care of me.nnAs someone who travels, especially during these crazy times, it’s nice to know there’s still great hotel staff at places.nnHoliday Inn in Carbondale will definitely get my business again next time I come through

Very clean! Very comfortable beds! The customer service is phenomenal! I'd highly recommend it!

We were greeted at the desk by a very nice young man. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable
