Long line at checkout
Items marked on sale in the app. Were not marked that way in the store. The store didn't want to give me the price their own app. said the items was on sale for. I'm not into double checking every item to see if I'm getting the ADVERTISED price. My business will go elsewhere.
Trenton was very helpful, infact he deserves a raise! He helped us get our daughter's softball gear, and was nice and courteous. The young lady in the shoe department, didn't seem like she wanted to wait on us, because there was 2 young gentlemen there, but oh well.
Ordered my husband a Christmas present on Monday. I received my order confirmation and got an estimated arrival day of today(Thursday) it didn't come today so I went back to my order confirmation to track shipping. When I tracked shipping it said the order status was canceled. I went to the online chat and was told it was canceled due to being out of stock. I did not receive any email notifying me that the order was canceled and its now too late to order elsewhere to get in time for Christmas. I had no issues with the rep who helped me via the chat line. She was just the messenger. But this was terrible customer service. I will stick with Amazon from now on.
This store often has the lowest prices of anyone including Amazon and eBay. Contactless pick up is available and is very easy to do. Even better for me, since I live an hour away, is to order and have my item delivered. I placed an order late Wednesday afternoon about 6:00 PM and it was delivered to me Friday morning, you just can’t beat that kind of super fast service. Every bit as good as Amazon and the price was lower. Highly recommend.
