Nice staff but that is about all I can say about this hotel. The pictures show a hot tub but it has been covered over and the beds are on metal so every time you get up it sounds like you a hit cans. The beds where harder than the floor as well. The indoor heated pool was cold and no towels either day we stayed. Half the exercise equipment didn’t work. We went out will the housekeeper went in and our keys were turned off. I had to go to the del to get the both fixed. Stated the housekeeper must have thought your stay was over. All of our stuff was in there. Not a good stay at all making me think twice about using choice hotels now.
First of all the staff is amazing. We had a issue with or room key and the front desk clerk Deborah went above and beyond too help us. I have never been to a hotel that has such a amazing staff. They seriously treat you like family.
I needed a place to stay at the very last minute and the staff here were extremely helpful and made me feel very welcome. This place is very clean, the beds are comfortable and the room is very spacious! Would definitely stay here again.
Clean. Quiet. The workers are nice the rooms are so clean. The breakfast is good and comes in perfect portions.
The room had bare wiring hanging out of the side of the AC unit creating a safety and fire hazard. Microwave was unsanitary and had not been cleaned. Tub had a bad drip, which kept me awake. I was also informed that if someone comes to visit with you for an hour or so, they charge you extra for that person. Parking was very limited. And the rude and unhelpful staff was very unprofessional.
