Nice and new hotel close to a few restaurants. Though it is not located near the finer quality restaurants it’s still a good spot to grab they bite to eat, hang out and chill. Our hotel stay was excellent with no issues or concerns. They even had hot breakfast available during a pandemic which is a plus! Will definitely return to this little spot!
Great hotel. 5 stars for cleanliness. Only issue was when the tornado sirens went off the staff had no idea where everyone should go. First they said 1st floor banquet room then they said the laundry room. Once we went into the laundry room with probably 20 others she said to many people for social distancing. Please go to the lobby. Oh the one with the floor to ceiling glass windows? I think social distancing should have been the last thing to worry about at that time. They need to be better prepared.
We stopped here on the way to and from Orange Beach for vacation. One of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed in. We slept very well in the super comfortable beds. The staff was very friendly. Includes breakfast. Very impressed with all the covid precautions. Convenient location near the highway and restaurants.
This was a very nice hotel we stayed at. The people working there wasn't very knowledgeable when it came for us to check in with the way we paid online. To pay through them they wanted $140.00 for 1 night so we checked prices with same location and night at Hotel.com and the price was only $109.00 plus tax and fees. We booked with Hotal.com and paid $139.00. Just think what the cost would have been if we'd paid as we check in with that hotel. And it was a good thing we printed off where we'd already paid because the front desk didn't show in their systen where we'd already paid then as we showed the print off from Hotel.com the lady at the desk didn't even know what to do so she had to call someone. You should always check with other sources before paying direct to any hotels. They were going to way over charge us. Then they still charged us $20.00 deposit fee.
I rate this place 5 stars due to them opening their doors to a close friend. He lost his home to the Tornado at the beginning of February. The community as a whole came together for all the people that lost everything.
