Cobalt Exteriors replaced the roof on our house and garage. Kevin inspected the roof along with an inspector prior to us making an offer on the home. He identified the issues with the roof and promptly wrote a proposal. Once we closed, Kevin quickly arranged to meet with me to pick colors and discuss the timeline. He kept me informed at every step and was able to find a window of a couple of rain free days in Seattle to complete the job. We would use Cobalt Exteriors again and would recommend them to anyone needing the services Cobalt provides. A top notch experience.

Cobalt Exteriors installed new roofs on our garage and main house. From submitting the quote to finishing up, they provided a very professional service. Tait the gentlemen who provided the quote did not shy away from inspecting the roofs physically from being on the roofs, to going inside the attic. Beside recommending improvements, he also provided great advise when it came to the materials. The owner Kevin informed me about the date of starting the job, and also managed the settings of a dumpster and honey bucket etc. The crew arrived as planned and worked very efficient as a team. Kevin checked personally upon their progress as well as the quality of work. Tanner finished carpenters work which was required after the roof was completed. Overall, the company worked to my full satisfaction, obeyed the current difficult Covid rules as well as our privacy. I highly recommend Cobalt Exteriors if you are planning to replace your roof.

Cobalt did a wonderful job residing my house and replacing my gutters. Their installation of James Hardie siding is superior with all Hardie products including Hardie wrap, touch up paint, and James Hardie approved color matched calk. Kevin was easy to work with and his suggestions were top notch. He added beautiful vents and trim around out garages and windows that really gave the house an updated look. We would not have had such a nice finish without his suggested improvements to our home. We bought our house new in 1996 and Cobalt not only made our home look new, they made it look new in 2020! Thank you Kevin and Cobalt!

Cobalt replaced some of the cedar exterior siding on our home in Kirkland. I hired them because their bid was competitive and clear. Kevin did a thorough job of reviewing the house and submitted a clear proposal.nThey started the job a few days later than originally expected but Kevin communicated well through that. The guys doing the work were professional, fast, and did a good job cleaning up at the end of the day. And the quality of the work was very good. There were only a few small punch list items that they took care of quickly. They actually finished the job sooner than expected. I'd highly recommend Cobalt for siding work and would hire them again.

This crew, lead by Kevin has gone above and beyond the call of duty in every aspect. Let me assist with a breakdown of how my experience went:nnThe reach out was professional and scheduled for a first meeting. We discussed options for new siding and we gave a handshake to seal our working relationship. Within that week and work started in winter conditions (rain, cold, dark).nnDuring demo we ran into our first snag, no layer of plywood under the existed under the current older cedar. Kevin laid out options, and we agreed to add this to the work list and materials showed up within sort order. This showed the responsiveness, prowess of the craft, and ability to handle any issue at hand.nnThe rest of the job finished in short order and ahead of projected timelines. A few items on the site became damaged during the demo, but, Kevin replaced them himself. It is that sort of commitment that is attractive to any future clients. I would recommend this group over all others.nnNow, almost months later, I text him after out of the blue on Sunday with a plumbing issue. This issue could require cutting into the siding. I asked for him to give me a call when we had a moment, he meets me straight on with a call back on potentially his only free moments off this weekend.nnKevin and all parties he work with are as professional as they come. I knew I made the right call going into business with him and I do believe his word is good. If you handshake on it, he will stick to it. This review is part of me living up to my agreement with him.
