New section appears to be clean.old equipment ( fridge) thermostat, does not work. All my food, milk, is frozen,sodas,butter, etc, etc. Overall, very comfortable.

I rented a room at this motel cause I was cold only to realize I was just as cold no heat in room and only sheet and a very thin blanket
