The lady at the front desk was nice, but that was the only nice thing about this place. When we walked in the room there were chicken bones on the floor, the bed sheets were dirty, the smell of cigarettes and weed was horrible. We complained and our room was switched. The second room was worse. The ac was broken, the sheets were also dirty, and the smell made our eyes water. We decided to leave and didn’t even ask for our money back. We got in our car and drove away without looking back.
Not a bad place to stay considering the price service was okay manager was easy to deal with as long as you had a little cash in your hand
Obviously not cleaned, we checked in and then immediately left to book another hotel. Pubes on the toilet, toothpaste smears on the mirrors, hair all over the tub, the bed did not look like sheets were changed, wrinkly and when we pulled back the blanket there was like dirt or something on the sheets. Smelled horribly of smoke. They will not refund, even though we are not staying there. Front desk did not give my husband his ID back.
-10 Do NOT try to book a room through this service. I called and booked a room was given a price took my name and phone number and was told I would receive my confirmation sent to my phone. I waited an hour and still no confirmation. I called back and got a young man who was talking so low you couldn’t hear him but I did finally make him understand what I wanted. He asked me to hold on while he located my reservation. Three minutes later he came back on the line and hung up. I called back and got someone whom I could hear and he searched for my reservation. Lo and behold IT WAS NEVER MADE and now there are no rooms. We are here for a funeral with no place to stay. BOYCOTT OYO until they hire some people who can do their job correctly and honestly. I will never attempt to book with OYO again. The customer service is nonexistent.
