Check out line was six deep. They finally brought out another checker when I was next at the original line.

The whole staff is ready to take care of anything that you ask of them. Breianna and Sarah are always very friendly and willing to take the extra time to make sure that any questions are completely answered.

Lady in the drive needs to be taught customer service.

How a pharmaceutical company (which Walgreens is,) can be so inept and stay in business is apparently above my pay grade. Aaand when they screw up, which is often, they spend more time trying to convince the customer is wrong than fixing the problem. The only person who cares is so overworked I feel terrible when things go wrong

Every time my wife and I come here they have the same issue with our insurance “not being on file” which extends the visit by at least 20 minutes. Then they’ll only have one pharmacy tech trying to help both registers and the drive thru while the pharmacist hides in the back filling scripts. The only thing this place has going for it is friendly staff and good customer service on the front end of the store.
