By far the BEST hotel stay I have had in the Shoals area. Staff workers are really sweet and caring. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are extremely comfortable. I had to come here because of the winter storm. This was by far the best choice ❤ufe0f Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is traveling in need of a place to stay while here.
First thing we got there and the receptionist was rude, then she gave us the wrong room. When I first set up the rooms I was told that the pool would be open that was big reason why we went there. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were not we had to go buy our own. There was only two sheets and a light blanket on the beds. I have never been to a hotel that did not have a comforter. The room did not have a remote for the tv. I would not go back to that one ever again.
LOVED this hotel. Very nice & clean. The blonde lady at the front was so nice & helpful. We will definitely be back if we’re ever in the area.
This place was great, comfy rooms nice size shower, friendliest staff across the board. Normally do not stay at Best Western, but needed a place for my pet and they were WONDERFUL. So accommodating and helpful. Breakfast was fabulous, especially during covid we weren't thinking we would get more than a muffin, it was full hot breakfast!nWill return on my next visit through Muscle Shoals.
Had a good experience staying at best western plus except vending machine snacks/food were expensive and expired not all but some. Overall fair price and fair rating I gave them. Guest service were great as well.
