TVA Rockpile Recreation Area

Great area to picnic, grill, and have a family gathering. All facilities are well kept and clean. Once again TVA takes great care of the entire area. Walking trails and kids area it's something for everyone. Highly recommend this to everyone.

I spend a lot of time here fishing and I love the area and I get to meet anglers like my self .

Beautiful nature, great trails. Very peaceful. The whole family had fun!

There is a path along the river almost to the dam, seating, and a playground which is currently closed. A hiking trail can be accessed from this area also.

This place is a nice place to take the kids to play on the playground equipment. It is rarely very crowded plus the views of Wilson Dam and the river are awesome.nnThe memorial at the waterfall is a poignant, tragic reminder of how dangerous the river can be. I pray for continuous healing for that poor child's family.nnOverall I recommend this place to anyone. It is well worth checking out.
