A couple of our neighbors had siding replaced and other exterior work, we saw that it was JASB Solutions. We spoke with our neighbors and both recommended JASB. Our neighbors said JASB were professional, did quality work, price was competitive, and most importantly said that they would use JASB again.nnOur experience with JASB was excellent. Audie, the owner, came by and provided quotes for the needed work. They scheduled the work, the workers came in and were really nice and professional. They provided up updates along the way, and when something unexpected showed up it was handled very well. My experience with JASB was one I wish would happen with every job, I highly recommend Audie and the JASB Solutions team.nnWe will work with them again, and expect to work with them pretty soon as our roof is close to needing to be replaced.
They came and inspected my roof for free, and sent me pictures of the exact problem and told me what would be involved in fixing it the right way. Then, since rain was coming soon, they sent a guy out to do a temporary patch the very next day, for free, so the leak wouldn't cause additional damage!nnThen they ghosted me. No quote that they promised , no further contact, and they've ignored my attempts to get back in touch. I guess they're too busy and don't need new customers? Or my job was too small to hold their interest? JASB really makes a good first impression - they just won't make a second impression. I guess I'll have to be going with someone else. /shrug
We contracted with JASB to replace our aging and cracked vinyl siding with Hardie siding. We chose them because a neighbor of ours also used their services, and recommended them highly. Our experience was likewise great. First of all Audie gave us a quote that was clear and detailed, and he carefully explained the process and the timing. The work crews were fantastic and fun to watch - clearly masters of their craft who worked efficiently and professionally as a team - and that included the removal of 2 layers of old siding, repairs of rotted studs discovered (thank goodness!), installation of the new siding, painting, and gutter installation. Strongly recommended.
We had a roof that needed repair and/or replacing and asked friends who to use. JASB was recommended and specifically, Audie Brewer. Audie was great. He organized the repair to the roof, the gutters and some rotted dry wall as well. It looks just beautiful and we are very happy with it!
We replaced the original masonite siding with Hardie plank siding on our 35 year old home. Audie did a great job pricing the job and answering any questions and walking through the final results with me. Frank and his install team did a great job while they were here and kept me up-to-date on a daily basis. Frank took care of my concerns when the job was almost done and it was beyond my expectations. The house looks great and will get at least another 35 years out of the siding.
