Absolutely excellent to work with. Straightforward no hassle proposal. Excellent follow-up and ongoing communication throughout the whole process. Professional and friendly crew that worked fast and did high quality work. The personal touch of Mike (owner) to personally visit every job to oversee and ensure the job was done right was also fantastic. Would definitely recommend them to anyone. Even with delays from COVID, weather, etc... there was constant communication to keep us updated. Well done Titan!
Titan did a fantastic job replacing my windows - high quality product, professional team - they sent 6 workers and ended up finishing in 1 day rather than 2. Their clean-up was amazing - probably left my house cleaner than it was when they started. When they finished, the owner came over and did a walk-through with me to ensure everything was completed to my satisfaction. We found 2 little issues (neither was the fault of Titan) which will be dealt with quickly. I was very happy with the work done for me, and would strongly recommend them to anyone looking for window replacement.
I have selected Titan Sidings & Windows to install new windows in my 36 years old house. The project was to replace half of the windows of the house, located in all the bedrooms and bathrooms: 13 windows total. It went very well from the moment I met with their adviser, when someone came to do the measurements, to the installation itself that was done in less than a day (they started at 9 am and were all finished before 4 pm) and they left the property neat. I am very satisfied, everyone was nice, all the windows did fit and the project went exactly as explained and as expected for the agreed price. That means that everyone involved did his job well. It was my 1st project with this company and I will very likely hire them again. I highly recommend them.
This company is run how business should be! I had such a great experience using them. Too many times, these days, I have worked with companies who don't value customer relations but Titan and the owner, Mike Connors really put their customers first! They were great about the communication of the timeline and kept me apprised of changes in the timeline (due to COVID). The crew did a great job, protecting my floors and worked very professionally and efficiently. Mike Connors came out personally to inspect the job and found a couple of things that the window manufacturer left out and even said he would replace an entire pane of glass (without me asking) because there was some residue inside the pane from the window manufacturer. I really appreciated his attention to detail and assurance that everything would be perfect! The windows are beautiful!
I had Titan Siding and Windows replace all the windows on the first floor of my home , replace my siding with Hardee plank, and paint the exterior. I couldn't be more pleased with the experience.nnI was a little bit wary because their bid was the lowest (like what are they hiding, what did I not think to ask about??) and I didn't have a neighbor recommendation - this was a company I found through reviews. I would have preferred to know someone personally who had done business with them. But I took the risk because I read through all the bid details and didn't see anything they neglected, in fact they detailed out some things that other more expensive bidders didn't. And the reviews were PHENOMENAL.nnMy experience has been excellent. Excellent work, excellent communication, very tidy and courteous and professional crews. They get down to business when they are here! They left no detail unattended to and were happy to answer any questions/concerns I had. There was a small misunderstanding (always going to happen on a big job, in my experience - no one's fault) which they worked with me very promptly, courteously, and professionally to resolve.
