Outstanding company to deal with. Professional, honest, responsive and courteous. Excellent product and exceptional installation. All of the workers were courteous and seemed to be on a mission to go beyond the normal call of duty to ensure that not only were there not any problems, but that everything they did met expected quality standards and that there was no hassle or concern on the part of the homeowner for anything. The project manager's (Tony's) personal interface is exceptional. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Each call I made was answered in a professional manner. I gained so much insight about the roofing process, manufacturers of materials and even what insurance would or would not cover. I feel educated after speaking to the owner of this company several times. WithnThe Roofer Direct, you get top notch customer service and above and beyond quality work. As a Realtor, I have seen many roofing companies come, do a mediocre job, get the check and then disappear. After having the opportunity to really have my concerns be heard and addressed, The Roofer Direct is now forever my #1 Go-To AND I will be telling ALL my friends and colleagues how wonderful my experience with them was!!

Very professional and efficient company. Russ & Gina handled everything and made the process of an insurance claim very seamless. Additionally, they were very friendly, personable, and awesome overall... the kind of people who get the job done who you would also like to have a beer with. The crew was respectful and very fast while performing a quality job.

Roofers Direct did an outstanding job on replacing my roof and seeing that the gutters were replaced as a result of a recent hail storm. Tony Parker returned my call and made an inspection the same day I contacted him when the other 8 contractors would not either return my call, email or inspect the damage to my home. Tony Parker kept me appraised of the progress and was at my home several times during the replacement to check progress and after roof job was completed he made sure that it was done properly and to my satisfaction.
