Do yourself a favor and transfer any Rx you have here somewhere else. The pharmacy staff must be disgruntled, they always seem frustrated and treat you like an inconvenience, not a customer. They are quick to point blame on any mistakes anywhere but at themselves and simply don’t take the time to be helpful and kind. Walmart has surprised me so far with great customer service at their pharmacy, I recommend them!

Tried to get a covid test today and was told I dont qualify for the free testing. They want to charge me $139. Only place in the country charging for covid testing.

Long time pharmacy customer here. Pharmacy tech Maddie lacks professional customer service skills and was not friendly. When I arrived about 5 minutes after they opened, pharmacist was by himself with several cars lined up in the drive thru, and the phone ringing. Two young pharmacy techs showed up about 10 minutes later, assuming they were supposed to be there at opening time. I had been waiting for around 10 minutes at the pick up counter, and was not greeted by either of the two techs that came late, and they proceeded to answer phones and assist drive thru customers before assisting me. When Maddie finally addressed me, she was very short with communication and rude when I asked about them applying a coupon I had sent the day prior. She then said it would be about 5 to 10 minutes more for her to apply the coupon and they would call me when it’s ready. She then proceeded to pick up the phone and assist a new caller without giving me an opportunity to respond to her. When she put the caller on hold, I asked “isn’t the rx ready now?” To which she replied, “yes but I have to print a new label”. A few minutes more went by with me standing at the pick up counter and the pharmacist suggested I do some shopping and they would page me when rx was re printed. When I asked the pharmacist how long it would be to print a new label, Maddie interjected and said another 5-10 minutes. Every bit of communication from her was short and abrasive, and I will not be using any CVS again due to this one customer experience provided by Maddie. Switching all of my rx needs to a competitor immediately. I understand it’s Christmas Eve, but Maddie is there and they are open to provide a service and it’s expected for staff to have a good attitude. What I was shown is what I expect to get from a tow storage lot when attempting to pick up an impounded vehicle, or when attempting to do business with a county clerk, or drivers license office.

they have a very poor customer service at the pharmacy. Very rude folks.nThey are not diligent on automatic refills or informing the customer when the refill is ready for pickup etc.

Very okay CVS. Nothings bad I haven’t seen there. The staff is polite and friendly helped to find what I was looking for.
