Walked in with an idea of which bike I wanted to purchase. The folks in the shop were very informative, weren't trying to upsell. I appreciated all of the recommendations and they answered my questions. Made sure my bike was tuned and ready to ride. Made the buying process really easy.
Came in for some information on different Trek models as I've been needing to upgrade my old 1994 Trek 470. Matthew (store manager) was awesome enough to take the time to explain which bikes models and their trims would be best suited for me and my needs. Awesome customer service, will definitely recommend friends and family to come to this beautiful well kept shop!
Took the bike for a simple gear adjustment service that would take 2 minutes of the mechanic time 30 minutes before the store closes. I waited and they were not able to service, he suggested to leave the bike until Wednesday (today is Monday) because he doesn’t want to go beyond to satisfy a customer who bought more than 10 bikes from them.
Great and timely service! Bike was in bad need of a complete breakdown and overhaul and the team at Trek Bicycle Parmer did a great job! Pricing was good as well. Highly recommend!
This place is great, they had the bike I was interested in and I'm super happy with the upgrade. Brandon G. and Daniel were extremely informative and patient with my questions. I have another bike in for service and have been overall pleased with the experience and people!
