My claim was through USAA, and made during our COVID pre-rapture event (lol). They referred me to Cantrell roofing. Within a couple of days I received a call from John E. I live in the Temple area and he drove down from Arlington to start the process on evaluating and replacing my roof. He kept me informed. The work crew showed up on time and did an outstanding job. They finished when they said they finish and they actually did a trailer house for me at the same time. Their workmanship seemed to be excellent. I received a couple of calls from Bryan Cantrell during the process. I felt they communicated very well and I was very informed. I would highly recommend them.

Cantrell Roofing was patient with us as we navigated the extent of our claim with our insurance. Their crew scheduled quickly and finished just as quickly. Please don’t confuse the speed of their work as a slight. The roof was replaced and repaired in one day as all of the workers seemed to be completely in synch. The finished product is fabulous bringing life back to our home and security over our heads. Highly recommend the company. The whole experience was fabulous from start to finish.

I’m assuming that your employee Thomas Ford had a terrible attitude and was very disrespectful when of service to me. Will not be using this service again

Cantrell replaced my roof four years ago. Last week I noticed a roof shingle on the ground next to my house. I called Cantrell Roofing to ask if someone would come out to see what the problem was. They did not respond for three days. When they did respond, the owner told me he would not come out to inspect the roof because the three year workmanship warranty expired. I called another roofer who came out the same day and told me the shingles had not been properly nailed down and quickly repaired Cantrell's faulty work. If you expect Cantrell to provide quality service or customer loyalty - forget it!
