My friend and I went in mostly just to look around and to think about getting some new bikes. We weren't thinking we would find something right away but we ended up getting some awesome bikes for a great price and we even got a sweet discount for all of the accessories we bought as well. The guys that work here are super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They helped steer us in the right direction and took awesome care of us. I highly recommend checking this place out and I definitely plan on coming back here if I ever need something else.

Extraordinary customer service on top of the competitive prices. I ordered a stem for my gravel bike because of the price and the speedy shipping. Although there was a delay in sending the item out due to opening their Reno warehouse when I made the order, Kevin, via email, sorted everything out leaving me a happy customer. Now that their warehouse is operating, items will arrive to me in San Francisco in 1-2 business days. I will shop here again!

I had to order sks locks for my Yakima products. I was able to order a 6 pack from here for a great price. They were quick to ship considering they went all the way across the country. I would definitely do business again. I had a hard time finding what I needed elsewhere without spending a mint on it.

I recently had an issue with shipping (no fault of Northwest Bicycle) - that resulted in my bike seat not arriving. I was disappointed to not have what I ordered and to have to deal with the headache of figuring out what next steps were, but Kevin stepped up and took care of everything. He quickly followed up and sent out a new seat the same day! I was so relieved that he made the process so easy for me, and I appreciate their customer service! What I thought was going to be a long, painful process ended up being the opposite. I'll definitely be a repeat customer in the future. Thank you!
