John and his team are the absolute best in the business. John came out in short order and took the time to walk us through what was wrong with our roof and how they would go about fixing it. The price was fair and the work was fantastic. John's team worked hard and efficiently to get the roof repaired before a rain storm came in that day and they left the work area spotless. I cannot recommend Vision Roofing Service enough. Total peace of mind during the project and especially after.
I’ve never been involved in roof replacement and could have chosen several roofing contractors but Vision Roofing Service reputation and many referrals made my decision. They came out, inspected the roof and explained the whole process not only up front but throughout the entire process. Very helpful, professional and some Great People to work with. Their installation crew was entirely in continuous fluid motion all day and completed the same day. I highly recommend them.
I have used Vision Roofing Service on multiple occasions for various issues and they always deliver on time with exceptional work. We have had our roof, gutters and siding installed with Peak in the past five years. Sales manager is very knowledgeable, always has a solution and very attentive when you ask for assistance. I have referred Vision Roofing Service to many of my family and friends and they have all said the same.
Appointment was scheduled between 5:00pm and 8:00pm. I was told someone would call 30minutes before arriving. I called the office at 7:00pm to confirm someone was coming and was told a tech would call me back with the ETA. By 8 pm no one had called. I called to tell them that no one had contacted me, and to go ahead and cancell any future business with me. I took my business elsewhere.nMade us wait over 4 hours for nothing. I guess the company did not need our $30k
I was having anxiety about getting my roof fixed because I thought it would take a lot of time and be super expensive! I was ecstatic when I got my quote and the job was done so quickly! They had to demolish my chimney, but were so quiet, they didn't even wake my sleeping toddlers! We are getting a metal roof eventually and will be hiring the Vision Roofing Service again. Highly recommended! Professional, quick and friendly!
