If I could give this store less than a star i would , customer service is horrible! Most of the time there's nobody on the cash register and the cash registers themselves never work !! Not to mention the cold beverages coolers they never cold enough or they just don't work period . I had to buy like warm sodas and beers cause the coolers weren't working . This place is horrible.

My partner and I went in to buy them new headphones at about 7:30 today. The store was fairly dead. We went to purchase the cheapest pair they had but my partner's Venmo card was declined for some reason at which point the cashier, a short haired woman with glasses, started becoming visibly more rude. We checked my partner's balance on their app and they actually had more money than they thought they did so we went back to get a nicer pair of headphones. The cashier pages overhead for security. We go back up front and their machine declines my partner's card again at which point we show the increasingly more rude and agitated cashier the balance. She continues in the same tone until we decide to just leave. We will be making our purchase elsewhere and not shopping in this store if the same cashier is at the counter.nnUpdate: my partner's card worked just fine at the 711 up the street.

They had an incorrect diagnosis on file when they asked me to sign a form today 6/27. Schizophrenia and agitation associated with it. I'm incredibly upset and confused by this.. I have bipolar, dissociative personality and PTSD as well as anxiety and the medications I get filled here are for this.. I'm going to call and speak to pharmacy manager and figure out what this is about and withdraw my prescriptions most likely and get them filled somewhere else.
