Our experience with Linear Roofing couldn't have been any better! Our inspector Alex Bradley was very professional and his crew did a phenomenal work. He did a terrific job coordinating with the adjuster. The process was lined out and went exactly as expected. The process of the repair was very quick and painless. The new roof is beautiful. We highly recommend Linear Roofing.
It takes a lot for a business to do so well it compels me to write a review, but here I am! Alex Bradley did an excellent job communicating with me and making the entire process from start to finish as pain free as possible. He worked with my insurance, my solar company, and his team to make the roof repair quick and easy. He was extremely professional, answered all of my questions, and took all of my concerns into consideration when taking on this project. On the day of the installation his team was well managed and ensured our safety was taken into consideration. My roof looks absolutley incredible!nnMy wife and I are planning some big home projects in the future and we both decided to make Linear Roofing & General Contractors our go to for all of our contracting needs.nnI wish I could leave more than 5 stars!nnThank you, Alex & Linear!
Linear Roofing did a wonderful job in replacing our hail damaged roof and gutters! We highly recommend this company and our Linear project manager, Terry Placker, who provided exceptional customer care from start to finish. Terry professionally managed every step of the process, from coordination with our insurance adjuster to supervision of all details of installation with a particular focus on quality and timeliness of completion. We are totally pleased with our beautiful new roof and gutters!
I worked with Andrew and I was very impressed with this responsiveness and efficiency! He had someone out for an estimate the day after I reached out and made sure the job was handled within the week. He was very professional, the gutters look great and the prices were fair! I can’t recommend Linear Roofing enough and I will definitely use them in the future.
As property owners, living long distance in another region of the country, I was worried when our TX roof needed repair from hail damage. This was the first insurance claim we have ever filed in 40 years of owning property. My luck was finding Kevin at Linear Roofing, recommended by a neighbor. He could not have made the process easier, explained everything as we went along, responded to questions right away, sent photos at various times during the project and navigated/explained the insurance process. The work was completed professionally & quickly. His polite, timely & knowledgeable communication throughout the project was greatly appreciated. He will be the first one we'll call now for any other contracting services Linear offers. I cannot speak highly enough of this business. We were lucky to get this recommendation & will be passing his name on to everyone we know in need of a contractor!
