After considering two other roofing companies we didn’t feel completely comfortable with, we found IntegriBuilt. Marc Brodt, the manager assigned to us, was fabulous to work with. From day one, we felt Marc was honest, had great integrity and a great work ethic, and was invested in giving us the highest quality product and customer service he could. This proved true over many months, as our insurance company stalled, and Marc hung in with us - and eventually with his help we got the full project approved (roof, metal roof, and gutter replacement.) Marc was quickly responsive to every communication, and to the end has been concerned that every detail be done right. He is a terrific manager, and has a great team working for him, and we are thrilled with the final project. We will definitely recommend IntegriBuilt to our friends and neighbors.

The Roofing consultant Scott walked us through the whole Hail damage claim step by step. We always felt like he had our best interest in mind and did all the way through completion of the project. We recently had our roof replaced by IntegriBuilt Roofing after being referred by our neighbors, and we are extremely pleased with the results, along with the entire experience. We have never had a project run as smooth, fast (all in one day), and easy with prompt customer service from start to finish. I learned of IntegriBuilt Roofing from Matt Allbritton, one of their top-notch roofing consultants. Matt is an honest and hardworking man who I've trusted with two roofs now. This week, Matt and his team at IntegriBuilt did a wonderful job with my mother-in-law's house in Gun Barrel City. Matt walked me through the insurance process, meeting twice with the insurance adjuster after they denied the claim the first time. After the second inspection where Matt again showed all the damage, the adjuster totaled the roof, gutters, downspouts and even some window screens. On the day of install, there were so many IntegriBuilt roofers on site, they moved through the project quickly, and with expertise and professionalism. I couldn't be more pleased with the final result! I highly recommend Matt and IntegriBuilt whenever you need a roof installed from a company that you can trust to do a great job!
