Coleman communicated well, arrived on time and went above and beyond to get the faucet fixed since I had bought the wrong type. He smiles, has good manners, and works efficiently. I felt comfortable with him in the house and will definitely call him for future repairs.
I called Coleman at Hartman's Handyman Service for an attic ladder replacement after two other services just quit communicating completely or didn't show up when they said they would. Coleman was polite, knowledgeable and concise. Communication was great! I was sent a straightforward contract to sign which helped both parties know what was what. Payment options were made easy as well. What a refreshing surprise! I will definitely use Hartman's in the future and will recommend them to my friends!
