Highly recommend! Leak occurred during the winter storm of FEB 2021 & owner Austin came with open mind as to how to test and find the location and severity. Found, fixed, did 3 preventative measures, provided clear explanations on the work done, and professionally painted walls that were water stained! (Another top company that gave quote offered only caulking and barely researched issue.) Respected my request for proper Covid-masking by anyone in house. Professional. Knowledgeable. Hard working. Helpful. Has added to the long-term investment in my home.
Caliber was able to get a completely new roof approved when we had already been denied. They not only handled the massive pitches three stories up, but got our gutters completely redone to help alleviate some of the water issues we weren't even aware of causing rot and wear. The process was super easy, they do all the work from beginning to end, dealt with the insurance, and their proposal was so thorough and professional, I'm pretty sure that is why the insurance couldn't deny it. We are thrilled with the whole process and the color change just made the whole house look modern and new.
Caliber came to my door and I am glad I took the time to listen. My roof was replaced just in time before all the bad weather hit. They were so prompt at replacing and cleaning afterwards. I had an issue 3 weeks after, and they took full responsibility, and were very prompt to address and fix the issue. We are very pleased with their work, as well as their customer service.
