We had apex do our roof 4 years ago. At first, it appeared to be a good job. However, we have a significant leak and have been calling, emailing, leaving messages for 6 months, and they have not returned our call. They give you a 10 year warranty, which is worthless when they won’t call you or come fix leaks on a brand new roof. I am willing to pay for the work, but NO ONE will call us back. We keep getting an answering service, even during business hours, who says they are open and will leave them a message. I am still waiting on a call back. Terrible service. We are very disappointed. We would not recommend using Apex for a residential roof.
Very bad experience.Will steal your money. Never finish the work started. Gives False receipts.Roof leaks all over. Very bad finish. This company is a fraud!!!!
APEX roofing installed a TPO roof for me and did an excellent job. The job was not entirely straight forward. APEX was able to address all of my concerns and offer solutions that made sense to me. I have never seen people that worked harder than the APEX installers. The job was completed in a timely manner and left me totally satisfied.
Excellent result with Apex Construction and Roofing.. 3400 sq. ft. laid in a single day. Even the owner was working to produce a great product. They cleaned up so thoroughly that there was not a single shingle or a candy wrapper on our property. Highly recommend.nnRich Tomlinson
I had a great experience with Mark and Sloan Tomlinson at Apex Roofing. Their team tackled our tricky historic flat roof at a great price and with quality craftsmanship. They also made sure our solar panels were reinstalled properly to avoid roof leakage. Highly recommend!
