Universal Contracting did an amazing job with my home! I own a solar Installation company called Simplified Solar that services Central Texas. That being said I know my way around a roof and was I extremely concerned with who replaced my tiles.nnSeth one of their very knowledgable team members came to my home and reviewed my insurance paper work and inspected my roof. Maybe it was because he knew I was in a similar industry, but his presentation was very low pressure and offered me a fair bid which I obviously took.nnThe installation actually happened faster than I expected! I read nightmare stories of signing paperwork and then waiting months before anyone actually gets on the roof. In the end the roof looks great! I am really happy with Seth's personal suggestion to change my tile color from the original. I will recommend them to anyone who was rocked by these recent hail storms in North San Antonio like my home was.

Worst service I've ever had in my life! I've yet to find a resolution on a repair that they created with my original roof install. I cant even get a call back or a response. What bunch of crooks!

We had a great experience getting our new roof and gutters installed through Universal Contracting inc. Their employee, Tom Bolfing, was nice and professional, he came out to our house fore initial meeting, took all the necessary measurements/photos of the project, he asked for a copy of our insurance claim to ensure his bid was in-line with USAA. When we received his proposal it was easy to understand and had all of the information, terms and conditions clearly spelled out - no gotcha. Once we agreed to everything Tom put together a nice timeline on when the project would start and finish - which was on time and budget. Tom took daily photos of the project and shared those with us via Dropbox, which was an added bonus. If you're looking for a reputable roofer I would recommend Universal, because of the hail damage we received we were forced to replace our roof, we interviewed several roofers and Tom Bolfing and Universal stood out from the rest.
