First, I'm just a simple man that works hard and takes care of his wife that is not able to work due to her illness. Which means that I need some help sometimes but need the right help. I had a leak on my roof and called five companies to come out and give me a price and let me know why it is leaking. Had them out to the house in two to three days. One gave me a price without getting on my roof on repair of four vents. Very high price. The other came out after Elite and gave me a price to repair 10 vents for a three year warranty. They used a drone to look at my roof and even showed me a house that they did for someone that plays on the Spurs. Their house roof looked like a huge church, nothing like mine. Even higher price then the first and was not going to use metal vents and water and ice sealing sheets like Elite. Plastic vents and caulk. Briana came out and got on my roof. Gave me a price and showed me the metal vents that they would use and the sealing sheets. Stephen(area manager) came out the next day and did the repair. Double checked all my vents and fixed the ones that needed fixed. All the vents that the other companies wanted to repair did not need any repair and are looking great. The right part fixed, the right repair that will last longer then the roof and the right price. Treated right from the start to the end. You can not ask for anything more. Any repairs or new roof that I might need I will call Elite and I hope Briana and Stephen are still there. They were very nice and knew what they were talking about. Elite roofing gave us a very quick inspection and submitted our claim for us to the the insurance company. They were very quick in responding once repairs were approved, and did the roof work in 1 day! We did run into a few small issues, some were fixed quick, amd others were quickly addressed by the owner amd corrected. I would definately recommend this company to anyone looking for a skilled amd dependable roof company.

After a major hail storm, Evan had his crew on board immediately to assess the damage, coordinate with the insurer and get the correct scope of repair in place.
