I am so happy that I found Rox Roofing! As a Realtor having a relationship with contractors that can get you on their schedule immediately is vital! I initially used them to do a very affordable roofing inspection for my buyer client. Caleb was on site the next day and provided a full report with photos, and an estimate by the end of the day. Second time using them was on a small repair for some torn/ missing shingles on my sellers home. They provided a very responsible estimate and got us on the schedule as soon as we needed them. They provided before and after photos to send to the buyer. My client was able to pay online and didn't even have to take more time off of work to be home. I highly recommend Rox Roofing and will keep them close as long as I'm in the RE game!
I used Rox Roofing for a couple of subcontracting jobs and they do exceptional work. Installs always looked clean and professional. Also, the communication was outstanding and I new the project would be in good hands. I never recieved any negative news from the homeowners nor would I expect too. Rox Roofing quickly responded and provided a highly competitive estimate. They completed the job on a timely manner as planned. Importantly, they did NOT try to oversell me.
