Jonathan and Webster were very helpful in getting my Hail claim processed with State Farm. They upgraded my roof with a top shield synthetic underlayment and a 30year dimensional shingle. They upgraded me to a modern ridge vent system and closed in the roof where the former turbine vents were located. Over all they gave me a lot of upgrades for the same amount of money the insurance payed for inferior materials and they cleaned up thoroughly. I highly recommend Star Time Roofing and Construction!
one of the major issues I have with construction companies is the inability to communicate with clients. Webster and his team was able to look at my roof and identify I did not need as much work as the other company said I needed. We had hail damage in the roof of our Stone Oak home. We contacted a roofing co who after giving us a high quotation, failed to help with the insurance company. Webster knocked on our door one day, and after that things went on perfectly: great job, quick and on time, insurance sorted out quickly and efficiently, coupled with a very friendly and pleasant service.
