Worst customer service ever, won't return phone calls, receptionist says she will have someone call--no one ever does. Can't have issues resolved if no one ever calls back. We have 2 windows with vapor seal issues with 2 years warranty left and can't get anyone to address the issue! We're since November 2020 trying to get a response!
I would NOT use this company! They do not want to work.. they are rude and and do not return phone calls! I tried calling them for weeks and they did not answer the phone I left messages and they did not return my phone calls I finally sent them a message on Facebook and they got back to me and I gave them a second chance so I had them come out to my home on replacing an expensive piece of glass... One piece of glass for $600 which is very expensive for me I feel disrespected because they order the glass never called to tell me it was in never called to schedule to come back I had to chase them down and then they were just rude and disrespectful I would seriously not do business with these people!
One of the most professional companies I’ve ever worked with. We’ve now done several projects with them. Always on time and under budget.

Always use Sevier County Glass! They are so kind and helpful! Anything from a glass table top to a small glass pane for my front door, they've got you covered!
