This place was converted from an old motel. The driveway & front of building parking is super tight. Difficult to maneuver with an SUV or truck. There are no sidewalks or walkways to connect building A/lobby to building B, which can be dangerous at night or in wet conditions, as building B is up on the steep hill. Also wish there was a staircase from the sidewalk up to building B, to reduce walking up the narrow, steep driveway.nRooms are renovated and modernized with a mini fridge & microwave, and the decor is modern, but the rooms are really small—especially for two queen bed rooms. Not much room or area to store luggage, especially if there are two suitcases/two people not traveling as a couple. Bathroom is really tight & the bathtub/shower had paint peeling. They include an ironing board, but there’s really not a good place to set it up to use.nNo hot breakfast option 1 yr after COVID started—it was a brown bag special, when other places are back to serving or allowing hot breakfast. Also cannot sit in the lobby at all...even when it’s the same group, which is sad because there’s nowhere to eat your food in your room, if you have more than two people, or eat with your group, unless you’re going to a restaurant together. We picked this place to save one meal option, but we spent as much eating breakfast out as we did on the room every day we were there.

You get what you pay for with this hotel. Felt like I was an inconvenience to the staff when I checked in and out. Additionally, it was raining and the stairs were extremely slippery. Hopefully the property owner/management sees this because I slipped and fell down a flight of stairs and landed hard on the concrete. If I wasn’t young and in good health, it could have been a lot worse. They need to put some stair grips on their stairs. I went to the office to ask if they had any Advil/Ibuprofen and I got a “we don’t have that”, nothing more. Lastly, the sharp curve leading to the lobby needs a sign warning people about oncoming cars and golf carts. It’s the only way to get to the lobby and I was about 1 inch away from getting hit by one of their maintenance golf carts when I rounded the corner (the only way to get to a proper sidewalk). Once again, we paid $65 for a suite that had everything we needed and our stay was overall fine for what we paid. Just a few things that management should be aware of!

So we were located on the strip and that was what we were paying for but I really think this hotel was a bit overpriced. It was clean and the flooring was nice but soap products we're very generic and our sink didn't really drained. The beds were surprisingly comfortable and clean despite the reviews that other people had. I really don't have much to complain about except for the fact that we downsized on our vacation to stay a couple extra nights. The lady at the counter was very polite and helpful but honestly I don't think she ever went home cause she was there for 2 days every time I needed something. There was no tag (do not disturb) to hang on my door for no housekeeping but it didn't look like anybody was going to come in and clean anyway. There was a ice machine on our floor also.

This hotel was a decent room for the location and price. It’s not a luxury room, but it’s not trash. We wanted to stay close to downtown where we were able to walk to all the shops and restaurants. There were crumbs on the floor under the night wall mount shelves by the bed, but no bugs or traces of bugs that I found. I’m an avid bed/furniture checker. The shower was chipped but worked well and the water was hot.nBecause of the mixed reviews I wanted to check the room before having our second night charged. When we checked in the lady thought I was a little crazy for the request but she obliged. We stayed in room 318, building B. Which we learned is next to an empty room they use for storage. We were woken up multiple times through the night with people going in and out of that room slamming doors and banging stuff around. I would say about 3-3.5 stars.nDecent room, decent price.

I’m giving 3 stars because the location is great. There’s no need to drive unless you plan on leaving the general area of the strip. However, there was ZERO storage space in our room. Not even a single drawer. The bathroom had no vent. The water pressure was extremely low. The A/C worked poorly. We typically aren’t very picky, but the room wasn’t very clean either. There are several other options that are also right off the strip, so we won’t be returning to this hotel.
