Bear Mount Inn & Suites

it was poor because when we booked our room and they said we had 2 queen size beds and a pull out couch. and we got here and we only have the 2 beds. the floor is completely nasty. the door is black and there is cat poop on the floor and there is dirt and dust everywhere. they don’t clean there rooms. don’t ever come to this hotel, it’s the worst one i’ve ever been too

Absolutely disgusting. I wouldn’t let my worst enemy stay here. The refrigerator was rusted and falling apart in the room. A window unit for an air conditioner. The floor had balls of hair in it. Mattress protector had stains all over it. It was the kind of place you need a bath after walking into it. The outside looked like you were in the slums. The room beside had a dog in it and you could hear it barking as if it was in your room. I refused to stay there with me and my children. Save yourself the money and time. Wires were exposed all in the room, not safe for children.

Was worried at first because there's a lot of people hanging around outside (no shirts on chairs pilled up close to entrance the walkways are dirty) but the rooms are clean to standard the Jacuzzi was great the bed is pretty comfy and there's quit a bit to watch on tv. So it's decent. Good stay

DISGUSTING!!! Paid $207 to stay 1 night. Outside was horrible, the hand towel in the bathroom had what looked like dried “bodily fluid” on it. The bathroom smelled of urine. The door adjoining the next room didn’t have a lock for our side. Hair everywhere! Don’t stay here. It needs to be torn down!

Disgusting.. found a needle on the walk way to our room, the shower rod was held up by toilet paper,I had to clean blood from the bathroom door, we paid $700 for 2 nights because nothing else was available so we had a jacuzzi room which the jacuzzi jets did not work. We were locked out of our room due to their key card not working at 12am in the cold with a child & they left us waiting and were rude about it when it was their faults. Dogs barked all night, our neighbors literally fought ALL NIGHT and we could hear every word..the whole room smelt like weed so strong that it would about knock you down..the mirror on the wall is held up by being binned by the dresser so it’s crooked..my little boy thought the “comforter” was a window curtain it’s super thin. Honestly the only nice thing they had was a computer chair.
