Eagles Ridge Resort - Pigeon Forge Cabins

The cabin was fairly clean. There were just a few things that looked dirty (food stains or something on the couch pillows and knob for turning on fireplace needed a good cleaning) It was a great value and perfect for our trip! Also it could use some updating with the lighting. It was dark in some areas. The back-porch could use some extra lighting as well. The hot tub was nice though. Overall it was a great experience.

All I could say is what a WHITE CHRISTMAS! On Christmas Eve it started to snow! We woke up on Christmas Day to a beautiful white Christmas!nThe staff of Eagle Resort was always accesible and cleaned up the snow from the streets and we were able to get to the main road without any issues. Cabin is well maintained and restrooms renovated. The location of this cabin is excellent. If I could post some pictures, I would! On my next visit I will stay again at Eagles Ridge Resort and would definitely recommend. We stayed at the Six Bear Lodge

Immaculate cabin, great customer service, and very easy reservation/check-in/check-out process! Beautiful setting. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Highly recommend.

The check inn process was fast, simple and convenient. Know person to person contact. The room was clean and easily accommodated my family of 3. The chair in the room was old and dingy. Otherwise the decor was pleasant for the atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this resort. It has everything for couples and family. The location was perfect 5 min from the main strip but away for peace. It is a resort so some cabins are close.

Our stay was nice. Took a minute to figure out Cabin identity but not a big deal. Cabin was about what I expected. Had a pool table but was a small one not regulation size. Sheets and all were clean as one would expect. The cabin needed a good dusting and some extra cleaning as there were areas that had been overlooked for some time. The master bedroom had a cigarette smell and was a non smoking cabin. Not sure if someone previously smoked in it or what but that was a bit much. We enjoyed our stay though and would stay with them again. Due to covid only spoke to someone like twice, never checked in or out with anyone, but we also arrived later than expected. The cabin was right it down down Pigeon Forge so it was close to everything. If you want something secluded this isn't for you. Overall good experience minus the smell in master bedroom.
