We booked this place and so glad we did. We arrived later in the night for a family emergency and the clerk upfront was extremely welcoming. When we walked to our room, I wasn’t expecting nothing extravagant, but much to my surprise, it was actually a nice setup with beautiful upgrades. The bed and pillows were super comfortable as well. For the place to be right off the strip, we were never bothered by noises, however, being from the area, we were there for the towns off season. We were not bothered by anyone, not even room service like most places would be. The price was cheap and definitely a steal! I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this little hotel gem to anyone! Thank you for making our stay there incredibly wonderful during a difficult time for us. I really wish I could give you all more than five stars, because I definitely would! We can’t wait to stay here again.

5 stars for cleanliness and staff. Extremely busy weekend and walls were thin so very noisy. My fault for asking for 1st floor as the party upstairs all friday night wasn't so good but I did not complain. Only saying this to say neighbors are easy to hear. I could understand every word the guy upstairs was saying. Bathroom is small for the large people. Hard to get in and get the door shut without standing in the tub. Beds were comfortable. Location is great. Can hear road noise but Pigeon Forge traffic dies after midnight so not a problem.

My husband and I stayed at Conner Hill Motor Lodge this past weekend and loved it! Very clean rooms that were serviced every day and very nice people! The bed was comfortable and location is close to everything. I will definitely stay again!

From Check-in to Check-out, we were very pleased with this hotel. The front desk staff were so nice. They gave us anything we asked for. We didn't use the maid service but it was available. No one bothered us. Plenty of hot water. Room was clean and the AC unit was brand new with brand new super clean air filters in it. We would recommend this hotel to anyone. Especially, if you want to be close to everything popular in Pigeon Forge. The only negative was that the hot water pressure in the shower wasn't what we would have liked it to have been but it wasn't terrible either. We will stay there again. #room216

We absolutely love this place! The staff is always so friendly and courteous, and the rooms are clean with comfy beds. It's always nice and quiet. They were our saving grace this Christmas weekend! Our cabin we had booked was out of power and cabins usa would not so much as answer a phone call from us, so we were out of a place to sleep after driving for hours to get to pigeon forge. We had stayed here before and saw they had vacancy, so they hooked us up with the room we needed for 2 nights. We will definitely be back.
