This place was beyond expectations! It was so, so clean, updated, comfortable beds, large sized rooms and wonderful accommodations! I am very high maintenance when it comes to hotels and life in general (lol) and I was well pleased! Would definitely recommend to anyone and will stay here again! Also loved the woodsy, cabin feel!

The hotel is clean, has a great hot tub and indoor pool, nice outdoor pool too. The location is perfect, just slightly outside of the mayhem of the Gatlinburg strip.nDon't be put off by the 2 star official rating this place is definitely worth more.nHighly recommend.

LOVED this place. Clean, comfortable. Reasonably priced. Katie on dayshift helpful, pleasant. Alan on evening shift offered great suggestions on restaurants, accommodating. Connects with guests. Really made the stay extra special.

We found this place by accident. We were at another hotel and switched to this one in the middle of our trip. We loved the whole atmosphere of this hotel. If we come back to Gatlinburg this is where we will be staying. This is a Beautiful hotel and trust me this is where you want to stay.

The rooms are clean. The beds are soft enough for comfort, and firm enough they don't kill your back. Both of the pools, indoor and out, are clean and well taken care of. The hot tub was a perfect temperature. They currently aren't running breakfast due to covid, but still have coffee in the lobby, and you get a coupon for the Atrium for breakfast. There is also a pancake restaurant right outside of the restaurant. We loved our stay and will be back.
