River Place Inn & Cabins

1 star because I couldn't go any lower. I took out a sheet that I had in the car stayed fully clothed and wrapped up in that sheet rather than risk getting under the covers in the bed. No tissue at all in the bathroom. Mold on the bathroom ceiling. The faucet almost fell off when I diverted the water to the shower. Would not recommend and definitely WILL NOT stay here again.

Very nice room right on the river with its own balcony. Check in was ruff, but that because the clerk was still in training. Owner of place is a little intense but over all pretty nice place for the price.

I DO NOT recommend this hotel, especially if you have children. The room was very dirty, dresser was broke, lights flickering in bathroom, bathtub would not work hair was all over the floor and in the tub. We left after an hour of being there, left keys in the room, was told that they wouldn’t know for sure if we checked out because we didn’t take the keys to the front desk, even though I called when we was leaving and told them what was going on. Then I get told the only way to know for sure if we left was to watch the cameras which they can do and clearly see we left but still no call back or nothing! asked for our money back and was told only the manager could do refunds, I have called almost everyday for a week and I still have not talked to the manager and still have not received any type of refund. Very bad place to stay. Awful management! This didn’t even deserve one star!

Very friendly receptionist who quickly rectified a mix up in rooms where we were given a smoking room by mistake. Convenient location and price was right for one night. Keep in mind though you get what you pay for and if you're looking for an immaculate, perfectly clean, and modern hotel this is not the place to stay. If you have a high maintenance partner then spend the extra money for a nicer place to make them happy; especially if you are on a first time date.

Beds nasty. No t.v. no privacy. Lady used her key without knocking. Had two or more workers peer in window while walking by
