Rodeway Inn

I was scared to go because of the previous reviews but I had a very good experience there. Maybe they changed many things (I do not know) but the employees were very nice, everything was decently clean and the bed was comfortable enough. Of course it is not luxurious, but it was decent good. I am paying a low price, so I can evaluate the place accordingly.

This place is the worst place I’ve ever stayed in, in my entire life. It’s absolutely horrid. The front desk lady was rude, the walls had sticky stuff on them, there was a joint and ashes left on the floor, there was NO HOT WATER, and to top it off they gave us a room with ONE bed for 3 people because they said they overbooked. We didn’t have a choice because everything else around was booked up. If you can help it, Do NOT waste your money here.

I'd give this place a 0 if I could. No ac. Could give us a WINDOW AC with PLASTIC TO KEEP THE BUGS OUT. Only the maintenance dudes were nice. Front desk woman VERY rude and was chatting with friends while working. The maintenance man had to ask her to come inside and work.nnMaintenance looked like they were trying with whatever they're given. Front desk woman looks like she needed a vacation or something. Regardless it is hot, muggy, and btw we are all disabled individuals that can't handle the heat. And have service animals that were panting and hot from being inside. Just lame. Please don't go here til they meet minimum requirements like air conditioning and pleasant front desk staff.

The air conditioning was out. The lady at the counter said the main unit was out and can't be repaired for 1 week. But why didn't she tell me this when I checked in ?nTried to open the window but it was screwed shut (how convenient) definitely will not stay here again

We booked this hotel for a last minute weekend getaway. Every where else was booked up. I was really scared to stay here after reading the reviews. When we got there, we went in the room just to check it out before deciding on if we were just gonna cancel it and try to find something else. Its not as bad as what the other reviews make it out to be. But i will say that it is very very outdated. The walls are very thin so you can hear everything thats going on around you. The halls smell like smoke. The heat worked but you couldn't adjust it. It was either full blast or just off. The bed wasn't very comfortable. The springs sqeaked. The staff was very nice though. And is close to everything.Would I stay here again? No. But its very cheap, so you get what you pay for.
