Planned on staying one night have now been here 3, and will come back any time we need to stay in Pigeon Forge. Breakfast buffet is still going in full swing, and great tasting. Great prices, spacious room, comfortable huge bed. Friendly staff, even the breakfast attendant is greeting people and making your morning good! Check in was a breeze for my fiance, not one issue at all since we have been here! Will definitely be back!
Location was fantastic. Free breakfast was a surprise. Pretty complete from biscuits and gravy to yogurt selections. Rooms were worn and needed lots of touching up. Bring an air freshener.
By far the nastiest room I've ever stayed in! Asked for a smoke free room...it wasn't! Floors were filthy...curtains and sinks had nail polish all over them. Thank goodness I had Clorox wipes and Lysol spray. And I still slept with my clothes on and a t-shirt over their pillow case.
Older facility but room was clean. Breakfast was great and coffee was hot!!nIf you want a peaceful stay don't stay here but if your looking to be close to the fun park your car and walk this place is for you!!
The manager Mitch was extremely helpful to me and my family when we had been unable to reach our cabin due to snow on Christmas. He was above and beyond great to us and our extended family that came the following day and got all 20 of us settled in nicely. We will definitely be back! Excellent breakfast!
