We stayed in a newer 2 bedroom cottage. The cottage itself was really nice with a deck you could sit on in the back. This is a good choice if you don't want to have to be in a hotel room but don't want to go for a cabin. Biggest negative is there are several cottages crammed in together so don't expect much scenery. However, there is the stream that runs through the entire complex. This is also in a good location to hit downtown or to go venture into the mountains.

I am giving them a NO STAR rating but i had to highlight 1 star or it would not let me post it. I had a reservation for one night and had to cancel it because my wife broke her foot. I call to cancel and explained the situation and was willing to send the Clinic report backing up what I was stating. I was informed that because it was not 7 days out we do not get refund for the one night we were going to stay. They did not care it was a medical situation. Basically they took my one night money and ran. Now they can book the room again and get twice the money. SO if you want to throw your money away go ahead and stay here.

False advertising. Hot tub and heated pools are not operating. Front desk tells me, after calling his manager buddy, that the pool is closed because it's dark. Website says 10pm. The grounds are dated and junky. The mini house we rented was nice. I told the front desk we wouldn't come back. New management is a joke!

Absolutely gorgeous location, friendly staff and extremely knowledgeable for the most part. The hotel and their suites that weren't effected by the fire a few years back are very outdated and are in need of an overhaul. The main things that make up for this are the fact that the outdated rooms nearly all have a creekside balcony and the prices are much lower compared to their competition in town.

I don't know what happened to this quaint place we used to like, but it's bad now.nnNo complimentary room coffee ( sold by the packet in hand marked bags. Creamer and sweetener extra)nnNo hot water in the sinks.nCan't stream to the smart TV although I have the exact same TV at home.nOwner defensive and off-puttingnJunk on the ground outside, house beside units was a hoarders' paradise.nnNEVER AGAIN.
