Would give it a higher rating than 5 star if I could. Staff very friendly. Very comfortable king size bed. The room was very clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I would highly recommend to anyone staying in the Pigeon Forge area. NICE!!!
Stayed there at Christmas time completely on accident due to a weather event that kept us from getting back to our cabin. Front desk staff was amazing at being able to accommodate a family of six. Rooms were beautiful and clean. Great job.
I had Reservations for over 60 days. Upon arrival, they LOST my reservation. Sent me 1/2 block down street to another Hotel. Upon arrival at the 2nd Hotel, I was informed that Fairfield Inn made a mistake & found my reservation. After returning bk to Fairfield Inn they informed me they had 1 & ONLY 1 ROOM AVAILABLE. 1 King room. My reservation was for a 4 bed Suite. My family of 3 & another couple. My family of 3 stayed in the King room. My son had to sleep on a fold out bed. The KING BED WAS ACTUALLY A QUEEN!!! My son was 2 feet from our bed. Nothing was closed off. I wouldn't have stayed if I had seen the room 1st!!! I wouldn't recommend this Hotel to anyone.
I stayed the hotel from 2.11.21 to 2.15.21. I want to specially thanks front desk associates Jeff and Kori. Jeff was so politely and friendly, made me fell so welcomed. Kori helped me with wardrobe malfunction and I was so greatly.nnThanks for your hospitality
Check in was quick and easy, but when we got to our room we noticed dirty washcloths that was used previously from whom ever stayed before us was still hanging over the shower curtain YUCK!!! pillows was to airy and beds not to comfy. Other than those 3 things room was fairly clean. Hotel close to everything and few miles from gaitlinburg.
