Hotel staff was very nice, rooms were just ok. First thing, beds were clean and served the purpose. We paid extra to have a pool view and you couldn't even see the pool from our room. Our feet were black from walking inside the room without shoes on, the shower vent didn't work, drains were very slow in draining, and no up keep. We had holes (water damage) in the ceiling in the bedroom, the door in the bathroom had something all over it and ceilings were mildew. Pool is only open from 9am-9pm. They are very strict on that time. Pool and hot tub were nice, outdoor pool was closed.

This is by far one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed in. They didn’t allow my service animal, just because she’s a cat. Room walls are paper thin could hear people stomping around and talking & heard traffic very loudly. So unless you’re deaf or can easily sleep through anything then this isn’t the place for you. The outdoor pool was not heated as advertised. & the indoor pool is tiny. Bed is super springy and uncomfortable & shower has lukewarm water. No hot. For the price that I paid I could’ve gotten a WAY better higher quality hotel. Definitely disappointed and lesson learned.
The room was clean and large. The pool was clean and nice. The staff was very polite and helpful. My only safety concern was the phones in the room do not work.if there was an emergency the office could not call us and we can not call out. The wifi also did not work. Was told once we click to connect to the wifi an accept page would appear. We could never get connected. My teen son was disappointed because he could not hook up his play station.
