Bed bugs and Critters in room 217. As a loyal Hilton diamond member, this was by far the worst Hilton property that I've ever experienced. Definitely not your typical Hilton cleanliness and standards.nnI can send you pictures and videos if you like! Definitely not something to lie about!

There was an unfortunate mix-up with our room. We understood it was spring break and extremely busy. The staff went out of their way to accommodate us and make up for their mistake.nIt could have been a nightmare on both sides, especially as it was nearly midnight.nAll parties were calm, understanding and compassionate, making the whole experience tolerable and almost laughable in the end. Kindness goes a long way and anger and frustrating gets you nowhere fast.nIm sure best time will be a 5 star experience. The initial mix up is the only reason for the rating.nEverything else was over the top and 5 stars.

The ice machines dispensers gave dirty ice. Reported to hostess and she said they knew but didn't place signs to warn customers. Room was not clean. Band-aids on the floor from previous occupants. Bathroom not cleaned.nnWe've stayed here many times in the past. It's an older Hampton but the staff was always friendly and it wasn't bad. Hopefully this was a one time bad stay.nnWe will be back because out of 15 plus years this was the only time I've had to complain about multiple things.

I have seen worse and better. The main issue was the dirty floors. It's hard to tell until you walk across them barefooted and then you see the dirt on the bottom of your feet. Evidently vacuuming and mopping of floors no longer exists. Other than that it was ok. The bed was too high and too hard for my liking but that's just a personal preference. Also there were no dressers with drawers for clothing storage so you are living out of a suitcase. Someone tried to get into the room overnight.....either a customer given the wrong key or a staff member. Always use the deadbolts. The front desk clerk was personable and initially helpful and the rooms seem to be pretty much up to date. Probably would stay again.

The employee's were friendly and helpful, on the other hand... I have stayed in quite a few Hamptons and they all offered waffles in the a.m... not this one lol, the faucets dripped all night and our room smelt like Linen, not clean linen ...more like dirty linen.
