Amazing hotel. Great service friendly staff. Very nice location to restaurants and fun activities for children we will be back VERY SOON. Thanks for being so amazing during our stay especially when my autistic child got sick they really stepped up yall are amazing!!! Thanks again for everything we live in Alabama and stay with yall every time we travel to Tennessee sometimes 3-4 times a year. ud83dude03
This hotel was very clean. It was a great price and staff was awesome. You are on the main drag but away from all the traffic.
Decent hotel, nice customer service. The room we got was decent, the bathroom however was horrible, every time you take a shower the floor gets soaking wet.. Cause the door and the shower dont meet up.. Plus not enough towels given for 3 nights and 2 guests
When I was here I found an ANTS,and the bathroom was very small and made a loud noise after you flushed, and the traffic was super loud from our room all night. The walls are also super thin we could hear the persons TV next to us all day and night. Also the elevator was squeaky and every step had a creek to it and there was tape on the thing that tells you what floor your on.
I'm on vacation in sevierville for the weekend and this is where i'm staying. I'm having so much fun. The staff here is very friendly. The room is very nice and clean. I love this place. I would recommend this location to my family and friends. Great job to the staff at sleep inn.
