Comfort Inn Apple Valley

We came for one night during spring break. Right when I walked in the lobby to check in it smelled so clean and nice. The staff was so friendly and always willing to help. The rooms were very clean and the beds...oh the beds were so comfortable, we got a great night sleep. We also had a jet tub in our room and it was amazing!!! The indoor pool was great and the hot tub. Thank you for a wonderful stay!! We will definitely be back!

I’d give it five stars only if my first interaction went well. I left @ 4am in the morning just to get there @ 11. I specifically put arriving early whenever I booked. Whenever I entered into the hotel, I wasn’t greeted, so I greeted the receptionist. After greeting myself, I walked up to the counter and the lady with short blonde hair asked what brought me in.. I stated I was checking in. I guess she didn’t hear me and asked my again, I then repeated myself. She then told me check in was not to three and because I booked through booking.com I would have to come back. Customer service is huge for me. This really upset me because after driving 7 hours, I wanted to get settled but I had to go back out and drive around some more until my time. I called the hotels customer service and they verified that I even put arriving early and weren’t sure why I was not able to check in. Once we were able to check in, the hotel was nice, smelled clean, looked clean and was sanitized. The bed and pillows were super comfy ! Breakfast was pretty good, there should be more options besides the same breakfast everyday. Eggs were flavored, bacon with biscuits and gravy. The best part was in the indoor pool and hot tub ! Very clean in which they clean every morning by draining it, which is awesome. For the price of the hotel, it was worth it. Some things need updates in the bathroom but those are just minor things. Rooms were spacious and clean. The pool was nice and the property was clean and safe. The breakfast was decent even at the time of Covid restrictions. Our air did not work the last night but the front desk helped remedy the situation at check out. Would recommend to anyone for a trip in Pigeon Forge

Great food and service!! The shops around it are amazing and unique!The atmosphere really complimented the vibe that you feel when you travel to the Smokies!! We had never been there before and we can't wait to go back!!! We loved it!! Oh !! Did I say the food was great and the place was very cleanud83dude09ud83dude01

Loved the place can't wait to go back very friendly but they do not take cash when checking in an I was not aware of that till we got there but other then that it was an amazing stay. Very comfortable an it was perfect for it being that close to the road. Pool was great.
