Very poor customer service over the phone. The secretaries almost portray an attitude that you are inconveniencing them with scheduling. They will not schedule out more than 1 or 2 appointments and there have been gaps in therapy for over a month for our child that is supposed to be going weekly do to that issue. The therapist is great, but the company needs to definitely brush up on customer service and training their employees. It would be great if we had more independent counselors in our area instead of having to turn to big medical whom tend to have poor customer service such as Cherokee.
Does anyone have Christy as a Dr here? If so please let me know. she will be my new Dr since mine left.
My wife and I have seen Ivy Harden, FNP here for years and we just love her. We've never had a bad experience here. They're always super friendly and really efficient, we won't go anywhere else.
Front end staff is always very pleasant, as well as back end staff!!! My wait time has never been over ten minutes.. I love Doctor Ivy she is awesome!! Has very good bed side manners. I recommend her to anyoneud83dudc9c Mental health Kristi is the best
